This course structured around students identifying a community organizing project that is locally based and drawn on their pre-existing commitments, interests, and passions. Together in a group, they try to make some intervention-small or large-in this problem. Past students have worked on projects addressing gender roles and sexism, climate change, and affordable healthcare.
